Apostle Francis was born to the Parentage of Mr. Charles Francis and the late Mother Jacqueline Francis on
May 13,1985 in Del Rio,Texas. He wes educated through the Del Rio School System in Del Rio,Texas grades k-6th
and then 10th-12th and after 6th grade his family relocated to San Antonio,Texas. He was licensed to preach on September
7,2003 from the Churches Of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith,Inc. (COOLJC) by Bishop Frenchey L. McCrea,Sr. and
received his Ordained Elder & Ordained Pastor Credentials on July 12,2005 from The Universal Life Church
(ULC) by Bishop Kevin Andrews & Bishop Lida Hensley. He Was Called Into The Office Of The Apostleship August
23,2008.
